The Mid Michigan Waste Authority (MMWA) is a regional governmental entity made up of 35 municipalities.  The Authority is charged with providing members with an integrated, cost effective, environmentally responsible solid waste system.

MMWA services provide residents with effective methods of disposing of problem wastes such as household chemicals, electronic equipment and yard waste.  Our public information and education endeavors include community wide events, in-school solid waste education presentations, and an extensive variety of resources for the general public and educational institutions.
